Jade
The first organic beer in France, Jade bière blonde has been an exceptional beer since 1986. We have created a beer from a recipe that is unique and based on natural ingredients.
This bottom fermented beer is certified organic by Ecocert, the organic certification organization, because it is based on a totally natural approach whilst giving great pleasure to beer lovers, well-informed consumers, who wish to live healthily and responsibly.
As for its taste, Jade is a beer full of character with a very handsome, fine, white head. Brewed from a special recipe, it delights the palate with its slight bitterness and light cereal notes.

This organic beer has traditional features and is the expression of genuine ecological awareness. This voluntary move is coupled with an environmental policy that Brasserie Castelain has had in place for many years.
The best raw ingredients are selected for the brewing of Jade organic beer which is made from hops and barley malts produced by environmentally responsible farming operations.
The water that is used in the composition of this organic beer is drawn from directly underneath the brewery, and plays a major part in the very particular taste of Jade organic beer.
